Please be aware of our cancellation and no show policy. Any cancellation within 24 or less of your appointment start time will result in 50% charge of your appointment price. No shows will be 100% of your appointment price. If card details are on file your card will be charged this fee. No further appointments can be made until this fee is paid. Under 16’s will be refused certain treatments i.e lash extensions, waxing and acrylic nails. Some nail treatments may allow under 16s with parent permission. If you have any medical conditions or are on any medication you should check with your doctor before having treatments. We will need to ask some health questions to ensure a safe service and to provide industry specific advice, as the treatment may to be suited to you.
